1-) We are collaborating with DHL Cargo. We are unable to cooperate with other transport businesses. Do not insist, please.

2-) After we receive confirmation of your payment, we will dispatch your package within 1-2 business days.

3-) All packages will be shipped for $19 delivery fee. (Fixed Price)

4-) Your package will arrive within a maximum of 4 business days.

5-) Weekend delivery is not possible. Instead, your package will be delivered on Monday if you place your order after Friday afternoon or over the weekend.

6-) No one can see what’s inside the packages because we ship them as cosmetics. (Privacy)

7-) There is a barcode number on your package to track its location online. We provide you with this number as a PDF file so you can track your parcel using the link below:
